Precognito is a financial tracking and analytics platform designed specifically for gig economy workers. We provide tools to track earnings, expenses, and calculate real hourly rates across multiple gig platforms.
Tax Advice: Precognito provides informational tools only and does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for tax preparation and financial planning.
Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all calculations and data. We are not liable for any errors in tax calculations or financial projections.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate financial information, (b) comply with all applicable laws including tax regulations, (c) not use the Service for illegal activities, (d) maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Precognito, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precognito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable notice period.
The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of Precognito. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Financial Data: Earnings, expenses, work hours, and other financial information you input into the app.
Bank Account Data: When you connect bank accounts via our secure third-party provider (Plaid), we collect transaction data related to gig work earnings.
Usage Data: Information about how you use our app, including features accessed and time spent.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, IP address, and mobile identifiers.
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve our services, (b) calculate earnings analytics and predictions, (c) send service-related communications, (d) ensure platform security, (e) comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our service (e.g., Plaid for bank connections, cloud storage providers)
